launching for BahriaTown Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Nawab will not be announced before December 2014. Right now Bahria Town has no plans to start these projects before 2ndquarter of next year.
Recently Bahria published a same type of ad and warned people that there is no such booking started from Bahria Town. The reason is lot of dealers were asking people for Peshawar and interior Sindh project booking which is causing divert peoples/investors attraction from Karachi project, in result rates are decreasing day by day, whereas Bahria recently announced a package for Karachi form holders where 15,000 form worth is now 150,000. Which clearly indicates that Bahria will announce next projects membership registration cost around 100000. Which will only be possible if Karachi form rates reached at least 250,000. If that doesn’t touch that slab then how Bahria can sell new project registration in good price.
So if you have Karachi slips, do not panic. Just hold them a for a few days, you will see some handsome gain in the price.
